Why do zombies eat people?
They’re dead. They don’t need food to survive. They don’t have tastebuds. Therefore, they don’t need it and they can’t enjoy it. But, god, do they love it!
There has to be one vegetarian zombie out there, right?

Yeah zombies poop, and they poop zombie turds that want to eat other turds! SCARY!
Yeah they poop, and they fart too. Smelling a zombies farts can often indicate what type of deodorant or perfume the person was wearing.
When a zombie eats someone with less than perfect hygiene the fart is akin to a human farting after eating eggs, look-out!
Zombie cables would be nasty.
Another question:
Would a hot chic that became a zombie, be seen as a hot zombie chic by zombie guys? If not then it’s a level playing field and all the fat and ugly chics. They’d be loving a zombie apocalypse

Why do zombies eat people? -
Zombies don’t think, they act on instinct. One of the most primary instincts is to eat. Thus they eat. Some movies have theorized that it hurts to be dead and eating the brains or flesh of humans helps to ease the pain. Interesting theory, but I stick with they are acting on instinct and eating is a primary instinct.
There has to be one vegetarian zombie out there, right? –
No! As discussed before, zombies act on instinct. Vegetarianism is a choice not an instinct. Humans are carnivores, and a carnivore’s instinct is to eat meat.
BONUS QUESTION: If zombies eat, do they poop?
EVERYBODY POOPS! They’ve written books about it.
This has been explained in george romero’s movies as a lingering instinct to eat.
If you’re next going to ask why they don’t eat each other this too has been explained(i think in the walking dead comics) as them avoiding each other’s decaying odor.
In today’s mythology involving infected zombies. They don’t really go after people specifically. The zombie virus compels them to seek out and spread the virus to uninfected organisms AKA people. In past zombie mythology like Mel Brooks’s zombies they were just highly xenophobic and searched out other organisms to spread the virus.
Modern 28 days later zombies have to poop because they’re still relatively human.
Mel Brooks’s zombies – “World War Z”, “Night of the Living Dead” etc. may not poop because their insides are a gelatinous brown goo.
I guess they poo but not well cos they wouldnt push (why am i saying this) they dont pee cos there bladder messed up :)
