When you sneeze on the train, no one ever says, “God bless you.”

It might have something to do with not wanting to make any contact with strangers on the train because, well, we all know that strangers have strange problems that can be strange for you to deal with, and lots of strangeness can result. Therefore, it is best to avoid such strange happenings since there is so much strangeness out there. God bless you, though.

No people do not believe in God anymore, so why say “God bless you” if they do not believe in a God?
