
Spider-Man kicked butt at the box office, breaking all kinds of records. The third Spidey film earned $148 million between Friday and Sunday, breaking the opening weekend record set last year by “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest,” which took in $135 million. “Spider-Man 3″ also broke the opening-day record, hauling in $59 million on Friday. “Dead Man’s Chest” held that record, too, with $55.8 million.
