Granted by today's standards the is somewhat cheesy, but taken in the context of when he was created, it was a pretty good name. in a time of The Thunderer, Challenger, and Miss fury, all of which I like as well, his name really isn't so bad. Also don't for get that unlike DC, Marvel only has a few super fast characters. As a matter of fact The Whizzer was marvel's only super speedster until Quicksilver came along.
